The Associate Relationship Process

The Associate process usually begins with a telephone call to the Director of Associates. The prospective Associate enters into discussion and discernment, and a relationship begins to form between the individual and the Sisters. It is during this time that the candidate receives information about St. Francis and the Congregation, including our history, spirit, mission and ministries we are involved in.

Upon entering into the Relationship, each Associate is given a Companion Sister to share with and together, the Sisters and Associates commit themselves to the common mission of making gospel living more present and credible in today's society.

There is no financial or legal responsibility expected from the Associate or the Congregation.

If you are interested in learning more about the Associate Relationship, please email Sharon Frederick, OSF, or call (815) 740-5030.
