You are invited to join us for a Lenten Morning of Reflection with prayer and speakers on Saturday, February 27, 2016, 9:00-11:30 am. at JFC, 1433 Essington Road, Joliet, IL.

Come learn about the Refugee Resettlement Program: including the who, what, where, why and how to help.  We will also spend time reflecting on the “Refugee Crisis” in light of our faith.

Speakers include: Br. Joe Schenk, OFM. Conv., Outreach Coordinator for Refugee Resettlement at the Office of Catholic Charities in Chicago and Mary Lou Schuster, Adjunct Professor at Creighton University and Spiritual Director.

Entrance Fee: Please donate a household item/s for a refugee resettlement family.  Types of items include: kitchen utensils, kitchen ware, towels, toiletries, bath items, cleaning supplies, alarm clock, stamps pads of paper, small tool kits, light bulbs, etc.
